The Announcement:
Peter Perry has rejoined BresicWhitney, bringing over eight years of real estate experience and expertise in Paddington, Woollahra and surrounding suburbs.
Mr Perry’s return marks a full circle moment, as he began his career with BresicWhitney almost a decade ago before moving on to become part of a top-performing team elsewhere.
His appointment strengthens BresicWhitney’s established presence in these coveted Sydney markets, where the group has maintained a strong transactional track record.
“I’ve seen first-hand the genuine collaboration and close-knit nature of the BresicWhitney sales team and the impact this has on achieving strong transactional results,” Mr Perry said.
“Being able to connect buyers and sellers from across like-minded geographical areas of Sydney is incredibly beneficial for our clients and for us as agents.”
Mr Perry highlighted the group’s ongoing success and unique position in lifestyle markets as key factors in his decision to return.
“The ongoing success of BresicWhitney’s current team and the group’s points of difference across the lifestyle markets are more visible than ever for those buying or selling,” he said.
“I’m delighted to be joining the team once again and look forward to the professional and personal growth that’s ahead of me.”
BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn welcomed the appointment as a reflection of the company’s ability to attract top talent.
“We pride ourselves on not only being a business that’s different, but one that’s always aspiring to be better,” Mr McGlynn said.
“We’re ambitious for our people and our clients, and being able to attract high-performing agents like Peter to join our existing strong team, is a testament to our vision, our environment and our culture.”
The move comes as BresicWhitney prepares for further expansion in 2025, following a successful 2024 where the group transacted $2.5 billion in Sydney property.
Plans for the future include a physical office presence in the Eastern Suburbs, following the successful launch of their architect-designed Lower North Shore office.
