Tony and Gloria Dekker have been stalwarts of the Port Macquarie real estate market for more than 30 years, running a successful real estate business in the community for the last decade.
Lance has been working as a real estate agent for the last 15 years, with Shannan in the industry for the past five years.
Ray White Port Macquarie was previously operated by Mark Carter, who has sold the business after more than 20 years as a Ray White member.
The opening of Ray White Port Macquarie marks a new era for the Dekker family combining the wisdom of the past with the new energy of the next generation.

The team at Ray White Port Macquarie is made up of four sales agents, including Lance and Tony, and a dedicated team of 11 property management staff.
With plans for further growth, the business aims to expand its sales team and increase market share in the region.
Lance said their goal is to achieve a 15 per cent market share within the next 12 months.
