David Peterson has been appointed as the new head of RWC Asset Management (QLD), bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial property management to the role.
Mr Peterson, who joined RWC in 2022, has a diverse background in the industry, having started his career at Brisbane Markets before gaining experience with other corporate brands.
His expertise spans lease administration, transaction management, and stakeholder relationship management across various asset types.
In his previous role, Mr Peterson helped grow a brand to manage $1.3 billion in assets as a non-equity partner.
Mr Peterson is passionate about property management and enjoys working closely with clients to achieve optimal outcomes for their assets.
“I love helping clients in their moment of need and getting them the best value out of their assets,” Mr Peterson said.
“When they come to me with a sticky situation, I really enjoy assessing the matter at hand and working through all the possible scenarios to ultimately deliver on an agreed strategy that sees the owner exit in a great position.”
RWC Asset Management (QLD) has set ambitious growth targets for the coming year, aiming to expand its portfolio while investing in systems to enhance service delivery consistency.
“Our goal is to continue the growth of our portfolio while also investing in systems to streamline the consistency of our service delivery,” Mr Peterson said.
“We want to be known for our transparent and relationship based property management services where clients can expect exceptional service and communication.”
