Barcelona have confirmed the departure of Sergi Roberto on Sunday.
The 32-year-old captain departs the Spanish side after an 18-year career that began in La Masia.
Roberto proved a versatile talent for the club, notably playing in midfield, full-back or winger roles. However, his most memorable moment for the club arrived in front of goal.
Back in 2016/17, the Barcelona man scored the infamous winning goal in a 6-1 comeback win over Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League.
According to reports, Roberto will be given an official goodbye from the Spanish giants on Tuesday. He has since been linked with a move to Fiorentina or Ajax.
He departs Barcelona with 373 appearances for the senior side, registering 19 goals and 43 assists in that span.
